Principle accountabilities:- Responsibility for all manufacturers and customers- Frequent reporting- Contacting with internal and external stakeholders and business partners- Budgeting- Forecasting- Close collaboration with Regulatory and Quality department , Customer Service- Co-operation with Manufacturer Supplier Commercial Center - Monitoring of agreed and realized targets- Participation in the preparation of marketing and business plan- Monitoring and controlling manufacturers and wholesalers price- Drafting a new rebate system and motivation programs for customers- Processing, controlling and monitoring of purchase, orders and customer supply- Optimizing the level of inventories in stock- Establishing link between stock in order to guarantee a good flow of goods- Permanent observation of of expiry dates of the products- Detection of possible losses and guarantees reimbursement- Planning and managing sales actions - Revision of Contracts with manufacturers, customers and suppliers- Business Reviews- Participated in preparing marketing strategy- Marketing support- Preparation of strategy for tenders and reimbursement lists- Participation in the tender negotiation procedure

- Responsible for all distributors and consignment stock- Processing, controlling and monitoring order sand, supplying consignment stock and contract distributors with the aim of fulfilling product needs- Controlling balance between reported stock and real stock- Competitor and market monitoring regarding products and prices- Provide imports to the consignment stock to ensure a good flow to distributors and the market- Solution of all problems arising with co-stock, distributors and customers- Optimizing the level of inventories in co-stock- Permanent observation of expiry dates of the products- Drafting rebate system and motivation condition for distributors- Personal contact with customers- Expect and analysis of possible currency losses, guarantees its reimbursement to co-stock- Ordering samples for regular and first batch analysis- Planning and monitoring sales action- Communication and co-operation with Commercial center Berlin- Participation in the preparation of marketing and business plan- Proposals and controlling sales price to distributors and co-stock- Frequent reports of regular and irregular inventories of co-stock- Preparing monthly rolling forecast- Monthly report to responsible Manager about situation of Berlin-Chemie range in stores of contract distributors and consignment stock- Preparing the evaluation of total monthly sales - Evaluation of total monthly sales of Berlin-Chemie with specification of medical representative - Graphic evaluation of total monthly sales - Closely contact with Internal staff: Medical Representatives, Area Manager, Product Manager, Commercial Center ID, and externals: distributors, pharmacies, hospitals etc.
