I have extensive experience in the food production industry, agriculture sector and expecially livestock sector. Food safety is one of my specialities. With more than 20 years of work experience, my knowledge and skills are widely set. I have worked in almost all types of organizations, from the non-governmental sector, such as different kinds of associations, to international projects and the government sector, through agricultural development projects. Also, I worked in the public sector but also in the food industry. My positions in organizations are also very diverse, from the manager and expert position to the general manager position.If you look at my experience, it is also very diverse, but with expertise and specialisation from the development of the food production sector, consulting for fulfilling the conditions for export to the EU and the countries of the region, to the implementation and improvement of food safety (HACCP, IFS, FSSC 22000) and ISO standards (9001, 14000), as well as widespread experience in niche sectors like organic and halal production. Quality control and management are my expertise, especially in animal food production and processing plants. I also have experience with environmental standards and legislation.My organizational skills are highly developed, and so far I have organized numerous different events, from round tables and forums to congresses, where I was both moderator and organizer.In addition, my presentations and education skills are very developed and specific. I gave a very large number of presentations and educated different levels of participants, from groups of children to the elderly population, from workers in the food production sector to interested parties in improving eating habits. I also gave a series of presentations as an invited lecturer and lecturer at congresses in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as in the countries of the region.
