StudentsCatalyst is a leading student-led foundation in Indonesia to help students to expand theirnetworks, develop themselves beyond any limitations, and prepare to pave their career paths. I was selected as one of the 150 students over the 4800+ applicants (3,1% acceptance rate).

- Support decision making for the development of BEM Faculty of Psychology UI that is accurate and relevant through the implementation of end-to-end research- Tracking and making sure departments in their MoS progress- Provide support for market survey starting from supervising survey making to processing result data

- Create and operate projects - Conduct market research and track industries - Assess project's potential risks and challenges - Work with partners and develop partner’s specific programs

- Coordinate with recruitment team in handling recruitment process- Assessing participants in each of Join AIESEC recruitment process - Creating thorough report and feedbacks that will be used in participant screening process

- Managing program by strategizing and executing events by LeadSeries - Work with team members and ensuring program activities are executed efficiently and effectively - Directing the creation of program outline, event-related preparations, and executing materials- Staying up to date with industry development and competition

- Create and plan internal training events / programs for MSI members- Collaborate with Human Resource Engagement to create and plan internal bonding events / programs for MSI members- Help manage MSI's recruitment process

- Write content plan- Researching content-related topics- Work with Social Media Manager and Graphic Designers to create content for social media

- Engage with followers and other organizations - Create interactive stories using Instagram tools - Making Instagram stories layout

- Make Svata's content and project planning- Arrange documents related to upcoming projects- Implement all the plans to make a project with other members

- Providing the curriculum and all study materials for ELPALA basic education (DIKSAR) students- Determine the ELPALA education materials requirements, as well as the curriculum syllabus and class schedule- Serve as a link between the presenter and the students in every ELPALA basic education program, both in the classroom and on the field- Making contact with the presenters and preparing the necessary study materials
