CurrentSystematically contributes to the development of communication strategies, strategic outreach, and visibility plans and campaigns at the Mission level Acts as point of contact for media and public inquiries; Drafts responses to all media inquiries, collects inputs and co-ordinate review and clearance procedures; Ensures all media inquiries are handled effectively, within the proposed deadlines.Drafts interviews for Head of Mission, Deputy Head of Mission and Senior Management, ensuring full compliance with Mission’s communication strategy and key messagesDrafts press lines, interviews, press releases, posts for Mission’s social media accounts and contributions to the OSCE website, communicating directly with relevant programmes and senior staff as well as counterparts in the Secretariat in Vienna for clearance; Ensures that media messages and audio-visual material are distributed in a way that guarantees maximum impact. Produces info sheets on all Mission’s programmes and activities; Editing and approving content and uploading finalized content into the OSCE websites content management system;Proofreads and reviews all Mission public documents, or Mission-supported documents, provides comments, ensuring compliance with the OSCE Visual Identity Manual, OSCE Editorial Guide and OSCE Publication Style GuideManages Mission's webpage on corporative website using CMS. Develops social media campaigns, posts, visuals, and messages, and ensures maximal visibility through social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube);Accompanies Head of Mission, Deputy Head of Mission and other Senior staff during their press and media appearances; Provides background information to journalists and prepares press/info packages; Co-operates with departments/sections on preparation and execution of public events; Holds presentations on Mission’s role and activities to external visitors and student groups;
