As a Communication Specialist, I work with the internal communication in the company. I am producing and writing various communication materials, such as the company’s sustainability report, company documents and policies, articles, cases descriptions and press releases. In addition to this, I have had the pleasure of developing the company’s communication strategy.Alongside my communication tasks, I am also working with tasks related to human resources (HR), such as coordination of the global staff meetings, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding as well as analytical work related to HR and staff working conditions.In my role, I also act as the system coordinator of Phoenix Design Aid’s ISO certificates and help ensure that the company complies with general data protection regulation (GDPR).
