I have to make sure the environment and facilities around the airport are in a good condition. I also have to make sure clealiness of the toilets in good condition for passengers comfort. Other than that, I have to make a report for any defects inside the airport and supervise all the works done by contractors to make sure they do their work correctly.

I joined SLIM programme under Malaysia Airports as trainee in Customer Experience Management department.This department focus on customer services. We as customer service or so called as frontliner will help passengers from check in counter until they arrived at the gate. We give them the information about the airport, show them thr right direction and give a suggestion regarding the matter faced by passengers. In addition, I also joined the most of the activities and events held by this department such as flashmob during christmas day,distribute the flowers during mother's day, blood donation, ASQ hightea,aerobic and others.

My position as an assistant of company secretary. I learned a lot about company secretary jobs and tasks during my intership in this company. I has done a lot of administration and secretarial works. I also learned on how to make the resolutions and managed to do the resolution for almost 10 companies. Then, I made a stamping for share certificate that we called as stamp duty for a few companies. After that, I learned how to make a filing. Other than that, I also got an experience on how to prepare the documents requested by the clients such as invoice,resolutions,lawyer letter, check AGM's date and others.
