Providing temporary administrative support for a highly time-sensitive and confidential project. This role involves managing a high volume of daily emails and responding professionally, coordinating schedules, and using initiative to streamline working operations. Additionally, acting as the first point of contact for the business, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion while representing the business in a friendly and professional manner. Utilising available time to learn and research key administrative skills for personal and professional development to enhance my capabilities and improve my scope in the role.

Working closely with children with a range of disabilities, both physical and mental. Pushing boundaries and achieving predetermined targets. Skilled in maintaining composure and compassion during demanding circumstances to foster a supportive environment. All tasks carried out withadherence to crucial legislations such as; Health and Safety, Equality, and safeguarding laws.Duties included, but not limited to:1. Work with children to achieve long and short-term targets. Using initiative and creativity to pre-empt any barriers to learning and find ways to overcome them.2. Aiding in personal care duties whilst placing importance on child autonomy.3. Attending meetings with child's parents and other professions involved in the child's care to review and curate a tailored Educational and Health Care Plan (EHCP). This includes implementing discussed therapies and interventions while cultivating a strong rapport with themultidisciplinary team.4. Using IT skills to develop personalised resources suited to each child's unique needs and learning styles.
