Current- Performing eKYC and closing sales deals.
- Performing outbound calls as a marketing tool to carry out a variety of sales, including cold calls, cross selling and up selling to new and existing customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services.
- Perform any after-call functions to complete the cycle of call.
- Work together with the team to achieve their individual sales target and the overall sales target of the team.
- Stay updated on emerging trends of best practices in email/WhatsApp marketing and CRM.
