Commissioning Supervisor Mechanical Piping
Current• Planning and execute work according to project mechanical completion date.• Coordinate with other project entities,disciplines,focal person.• Ensure that the Piping and Mechanical pre-commissioning execution activities are performed accordingto project• Follow the execution of piping and mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities• Supervise the reporting of pre-commissioning execution.• Follow-up on mark-up drawings of P&ID• Follow-up on pre-commissioning and commissioning scope of work activities such as: Hydrotests,Leak test,Gross Air Leak Tests,flange management,system start up,endurance test, load test,pulling pull test,internal cleaning and final closure strainer/filter and vessel,documents update, Closing of Punch list, itrB)Loading absorbent and ceramic ball for Cmru & Gmru• Explored scope of work for clear understanding on expected deliverables and evaluated relevant documents, including contract documents, project specification, engineering drawings and vendor data.
