He responsible for developing, managing and implementing environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. The role involves conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and training programs, investigating incidents and managing environmental sustainability initiatives. He also prepares regulatory reports, engages with stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in EHS practices to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Manages and implements safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Oversee environmental compliance, conducting audits and implementing initiatives to reduce environmental impact of operations while promoting sustainable practices.

Assign to lead and manage EHS matter for Bizlink Group subsidiary company (SIS Speedy Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd).1. Lead and manage EHS matter on site. Act as management representative in terms of EHS for SIS Speedy Industrial, Malaysia.2. Perform maintenance and prevention activities upon conduct of safety and health related Risk Assesment, Safety Inspection and Internal Audit. 3. Coordinate various department to comply with requirement of DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local authorities.4. Manage company safety and health regulation to comply with legal law. 5. Assist maintenance team upon inspecting safety of general facilities and designing safety cover for machine safety engineering control. 6. Guide and monitor the conduction of Self-Inspection Programme (SIP) for all adjunct safety on site.7. Assign to lead and manage EHS matter for Kiswire Group Non-Rubber Division consist of three (3) manufacturing plants - Kiswire Sdn Bhd, Kiswire PC-Factory and Kiswire Neptune Sdn Bhd. 1. Setup safety and health committee for KSB, PC & KNSB. 2. Develop safety, health, environment policy. 3. Organize safety training for employee awareness (eg : fire drill training, chemical spillage, schedule waste management, effective safety and health committee, first aider)4. Safety walkabout with SHC chairman and SHC members for hazard finding on site. 5. Organize industrial hygiene monitoring ( eg : Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM), Noise Exposure Monitoring (NEM), Chemical Hazard Risk Assesment (CHRA), Audiometric Testing)6. Plan, check and organize inspection for PMA, PMD and PMT. 7. Liase with authorities (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, SOCSO).8. Lead accident/ incident investigation on site.9. Input data of discharge effluent treatment lab analysis report in OER system for DOE compliance. 10. Input data of schedule waste inventory and disposal in ESWISS system for DOE compliance. 11. Arrange with appoint supplier for schedule waste and scrap weekly disposal. 12. Monitor and manage schedule waste storage area in accordance to legal compliance. 13. Prepare TWG and get approval from DOE to appoint a new schedule waste supplier. 14. Weekly keeping record of schedule waste inventory. 15. Guide and monitor wastewater treatment plant supervisor/ operator to ensure effective treatment of wastewater and effluent discharge following the standard. 16. Monthly report of WWT cost and consumptions analysis. Propose alternative method/ chemical to reduce the cost. 17. Ensure on stack monitoring for scrubber system once per year.18. Coordinate environmental (ISO 14001) and occupational safety and health (ISO 45001) internal audit at all plants. 19. Ensure contractor compliance toward EHS rules and regulation, for example Permit to work effective implementation and Toolbox.

Consruction Project of Klinik Kesihatan Sungai Rengit, Pengerang under Public Works Department (JKR) for client Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOM) - RM25 million project. 1. Continuously promote awareness of client requirement as well as EHS practices throughout the company and ensure it is observed and adhered by the company and relevant parties all times. 2. Manage Personal Protective Equipment for main-con and sub-con at construction site. 3. Organize safety and health committee meeting for every 3 months. 4. Provide guideline for site personel on hazard identification, risk assesment and risk control. 5. Site walkabout with main-con and sub-con representative to check on any safety violations.

Construction Project of 3S Honda Service Centre for client Iptimas Motor Sdn Bhd - RM9 million project. 1. Coordinate OSH matter at site. 2. Advise employer on OSH local law regulation. 3. Maintain OSH compliance at site with employee and sub-contractor. 4. Continuously provide awareness on safety and health to project personel through tool box meetings, training and other communication sessions. 5. Organize safety commitee meeting.6. Follow up on safety improvement action plan at site to reduce the risk.
