As Resident Engineer from Sony EMCS, stationed in Sony Middle East & Africa, Dubai.Job Description:- Filter any problem arise in Kit Country by Troubleshoot any claim by customer.- Handling TV Kit Operation in Tunisia, Pakistan, Turkey, Algeria & Egypt. - Liaise with all respected parties to ensure smooth New Model Introduction in all Kit Factories. - Give On-site support during NMI. Ensure the quality level is on par with SONY Standard.Achievement:- Successfully introduce FY13 & FY14 TV model in Kit Countries.- On-site support in Tunisia for FY13 & FY14 model. (CKD Project  from SMT until FG)- Successfully establish new factory in Algeria. (Factory Facilities & Engineer Training)- Successfully introduce Pre-Complete Chassis (PCC) Project in Pakistan & Turkey.
