• Coordination of project designs with all team members and Design Consultants to optimize efficiency and minimize project risk and adverse schedule variance. (Architectural, Structural and MEPF)• Managing the Design Project Team from its inception through project close-out, overseeing every aspect of the project. • Supported top management/ executive department and other team leaders as required. Participates on Management Committee meetings.• Ensured design drawings and technical specifications were in compliance with local codes and ordinance, and requirements mandated by the organization.• Effectively participating in the project delivery including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing

• Drafting of Architectural Plans supervised by Principal Architect• Coordination with Engineering Consultants throughout the design and construction process• Site supervision, attend site meetings and attend pre-construction meetings as required• Accountable for site management and ensures quality and timely completion of the project
