The company name “HyperDonkey.com” was randomly generated and selected because of its limited use on the Internet and in popular search engine results, and its quirky, unique sound that consistently made us laugh and was memorable as a result.Through professional relationships developed by its founding partners and the exploration of niche IT opportunities, HyperDonkey.com secured and maintained technical support contracts, developed custom IT solutions, and offered IT products via an ecommerce website.In 2012, HyperDonkey.com developed a niche opportunity to provide Cloud computing implementation and technical support services to small and medium-sized businesses. Managed a diverse team of IT professionals, vendors and subcontractors to facilitate technical documentation, hardware specification, software licensing requirements, network infrastructure planning and administration, RDP thin client evaluation and testing, and deployment scheduling to successfully rollout a production environment within 6 months of concept to completion. Developed relationships and negotiated contracts with multiple vendors to procure hardware, software licenses, and communication services including cellular, broadband wireless, and MPLS connectivity for multiple sites. Project successfully completed on-time and $30,000 under budget of $250,000.Managed an IT Help Desk team responding to over 2,000 tickets annually to provide technical support, training, and equipment maintenance services to local and remote users. Installed and maintained a network of IP security cameras and RFID access systems for inventory control, asset management, and loss mitigation.
