- Lead Product Manager of the end-to-end customer experience for real estate mobile and web applications- Built a transaction mobile app for sellers to manage the process of selling their home. Since launch in January, the mobile app has seen a 34% increase in DAU and 3x increase of seller home reports generated- Managed rebuilding our data stack with an integration with Fivetran, Snowflake and Looker to create automated data flows and enabled real time reports which eliminated the need for manual reporting through Google Sheets- Redesigned and rebuilt our internal operations software, balancing the functionality required for daily operations with the needs of the future state. Coordinated and trained across multiple teams to launch with no operational interruption- Led the discovery, contract negotiations and development of our Salesforce and Outreach.io platforms. Worked with sales, marketing, operations to understand their needs. These two platforms were integrated with our native applications which increased sales conversion by 3x and reduced 400 hours a month of manual sales processes.

Coordinated across every business unit with a wide variety of data needs. Prioritized those needs and built the data warehouse’s first product roadmap- Led the transition to migrate 55 million lines of code in a legacy SAS server to Spruce’s SQL server; delivered on time and met all stakeholders needs which ensured all data needs could be found in one database
