I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Cultural Studies, and a Minor in Anthropology. My diverse educational background has provided me with a strong foundation in multiple fields of human sciences. In addition to my academic experience, I have over 7 years of customer service experience, including various leadership positions such as manager and trainer. These roles have taught me how to be patient, adaptable, and compassionate, which has helped me develop excellent interpersonal skills.I am also trained in trauma-informed care and counseling techniques, which allows me to create a safe and supportive environment for those in need. As I embark on the next chapter of my professional journey, I am excited to leverage my education and experience to make a positive impact in the world.
