As the Head of Project Management Office at Ericsson for Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka from August 2017 to July 2023, I led a team of 60 in a matrix organization, reporting to the VP of Network Operations. In this role, I effectively oversaw the critical functions of the business support system deployment services, ensuring the seamless operation of the LHS Billing System and managing a team of specialized consultants and engineers to achieve optimal results and system efficiency.

As the Head of Customer Project Manager for Global Services Multimedia & SI at Ericsson from January 2009 to June 2010, reporting to the Head of Multimedia & SI at GSDC Malaysia, I led a team of 15 System Integration Customer Project Managers and Managed Services Consultants. Responsible for the Global Service Delivery Center CPMs in Malaysia, covering APAC and the Middle East, my leadership involved overseeing the efficient execution of projects and services across diverse regions, ensuring effective collaboration among team members and achieving successful outcomes in system integration and customer project management.

As a Customer Project Manager for Global Services Multimedia & SI at Ericsson from April 2007 to December 2008, reporting to the Head of Project Office at GSDC Malaysia, I was tasked with delivering system integration projects within APAC and the Middle East on short-term assignments ranging from 6 to 12 months. In this role, I effectively managed project timelines, resources, and client expectations, ensuring successful project delivery within specified timeframes and contributing to the overall success of system integration initiatives in diverse regions.

As a Program Manager at Alcatel Network Systems from May 2006 to April 2007, reporting to the Director of Mobile Communications Group in Alcatel Malaysia, I led the delivery and financial performance of projects, overseeing customer support for the Alcatel Mobile Communications Group Digi contract. In this role, my responsibilities included effectively managing project delivery and ensuring financial success, contributing to the overall performance and satisfaction of Alcatel's Digi contract.
