To provide vision and leadership to the society. Specifically I work with the Council, Divisions and Fora, Committees and SAIP staff to advance the society’s mission, expand membership, promote diversity at all levels, respond to the needs of the society, encourage communication and awareness of activities across the organization, and set the strategic priorities for the society and guide its growth.

The Commission on Particles and Fields (C11) was established by the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics in 1957 to promote the exchange of information and views among the members of the international scientific community in the general field of Particles and Fields.

Representing Africa-Midle East particle physics community"Over the next year, the U.S. particle physics community will be engaged in Snowmass 2021, an in-depth process to define the most important questions for our field and to identify the most promising opportunities to address these questions in a global context. Snowmass 2021 is organized by the Division of Particles and Fields (DPF) of the American Physical Society (APS). However, given the increasing importance of interdisciplinary work, we expect strong participation from related fields such as astrophysics, cosmology, gravity, nuclear physics, accelerator physics, and materials science. Manage and provide leadership to the Board

As chairperson of the Gauteng Chapter, I had been involved in drafting the constitution of the chapter and help to bring international and national events such as conferences, workshops and outreach projects to Univen and Vhembe District.

Establish UJ Soweto Science Centre. Develop its mission and vision. Develop and oversee the Science Centre programmes. Develop and refine business management and fundraising skill sets in a unique environment with a national, and potentially global reach. In this position, I developed a strategic vision, raise the organization’s profile, and lead organizational change in the Science Centre. Fundraising and managing a complex budget. Building coalitions internally and externally. Managing projects and staff.
