Current- Help Subcontractors, General Contractors, and Vendors with navigating the Payment Management website.
- Promptly answer questions, calls, and emails from clients.
- Work with clients to fully understand, troubleshoot, and resolve their issues with the website while navigating multiple systems.
- Verifying clients within the system in order to gain access to the website.
- Report and track customer calls using Oracle’s MOS note system.
