As the VP external for SFU Surrey I am in charge of handling inter-university affairs between Engineering schools across Canada. I am responsible for representing and advocating for SFU Surrey's' voice on the Western Canadian and National side.

Responsible for providing support to the Advanced Research & Technology Development Team for ongoing testing, product development projects, and intermittent lab work. Assisting with data analysis and processing. Working collaboratively with team members to assist them in their research experiments to improve and expand the product line.- Support ongoing testing and help run experiments for new campaigns.- Assist others in the processing and analysis of research data with some research report preparation.- Working with multi-disciplined engineers and scientists to assist them in the development, test, evaluation, and analysis of new ideas as needed.- Using Python, C, C++ as needed for data analysis and automation

As part of this position my responsibilities include marking class and homework while assisting students who face difficulty with their math and reading work, answering questions when needed, and applying my knowledge of math and reading to help K-12 students build foundational skills.

Developed IIoT solutions using LoRa WAN, MQTT and C/C++ for advanced building analytics and automation.

The MSESS, run entirely by students, promotes school spirit and fosters community building by providing opportunities for students to interact with fellow students, faculty, staff and industry. Social events take place throughout the year, and the Student Society also organizes career fairs and sends members to conferences including the Western Engineering Competition and the Canadian Engineering Competition.
