I’m a young man just entering the IT industry march of 2023. Started off my career by attending an IT school-program called Tech Impact - (IT Works). I was enrolled in the program for 16 weeks. During that time I learned fundamental basics of IT hardware,software,troubleshooting,customer service,networking concepts,security basics and more. As the time of IT Works came to a end I passed my final and earned my Cisco IT Essentials certification and after that my classmates and I would only attend calls once a week because our internship would begin. Im very grateful to Tech impact the spring class of 23 graduated in late June of 2023 in the early stages of my internship.I started my internship in the end of May of 2023 at CSC Global as apart of their summer internship program. The internship for Tech Impact students was 12 weeks duration. During that time I gained great experience in workstation setups,hardware troubleshooting,OS imaging ,inventory retention and software troubleshooting. Also gained a good deal of experience working in office 365 products solving tickets and tasks. The summer internship would conclude in early August of 2023.Fast forward to September of 2023 I began a new chapter in my career. I got blessed with a opportunity to work for a company called IONOS a Web Hosting,Domain Registrar Company. In my short time here I’ve gained a lot of new skills and knowledge that I expected it would take years to see,learn and gain. Im on the Server support team with great people who have helped me greatly through my time here. As time continues there are a lot more skills and knowledge I’m will learn here please refer to my skills section to view what I’m gaining.
