Michael Azzolin (PharmD ’02, MBA) is the CEO and co-founder of PharmD on Demand. Located in Watkinsville, GA while serving clients throughout the United States, PharmD on Demand is a hospital pharmacy management and remote pharmacy services company. PharmD on Demand humbly boasts a proven track record of increasing patient care quality, decreasing pharmacy related costs and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Michael was among 40 University of Georgia (UGA) Alumni selected for UGA’s 40 Under 40 program recognizing noteworthy graduates in 2015. Also in 2015, Michael was honored to receive the UGA College of Pharmacy’s Distinguished Alumni Award. Through his involvement at UGA’s College of Pharmacy, Michael has been privileged to lecture as a guest speaker at the Howard C. Ansel Symposium as well as to the college’s entrepreneurial class. He is the cofounder of the Spruill-Wade-Cobb Fund for Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy at the UGA College of Pharmacy. Under Michael’s leadership, PharmD on Demand has been honored to receive The University of Georgia’s Bulldog 100 Award that recognizes the fastest growing businesses owned by UGA Alumni every year since 2014! Michael is an active member and has served on the executive board of the Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA). He is also a member and serves on the board of the Georgia Pharmacy Foundation and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Michael is married to Stephanie and they are raising five wonderful children.
