- Manage, lead, inspire, coach, motivate and coordinate a team of infrastructure, network, and security specialists responsible for the organisation’s network architecture, information security platforms, infrastructure systems, data centre operations, high availability, recovery services, and other pertinent systems & solutions. - Ensure that the team achieves and surpasses defined service level agreements, through the delivery of high quality and effective management to ensure a high level of service upkeep. - Manage project financials, including initial business case, estimates, budgets, and forecasts.- Analysing and proposing solutions to enhance the Technology infrastructure and security roadmap. - Ensure timely project completion and delivery, managing project budgets, estimates, and progress reports. - Educate end users on making effective use of their technological tools to speed up problem resolution.- Carry out supplier management, negotiate on behalf and in the best interests of the Authority. - Execute management tasks in a consistent manner, including maintaining existing infrastructure and Security applications by creating, updating, and enforcing standards and procedures for implementing solutions. - Acting as point of reference to provide input in discussions regarding European Central Bank (ECB) technology related matters.- Actively managing project financials, including initial business case, estimates, budgets, and forecasts. - Compile tender documents pertaining to the area of Infrastructure and Security, technical writing and technical evaluations. - Review and negotiate supply and maintenance agreements with suppliers.- Participate in regular management meetings and assume leadership for task forces and special projects as needed. - Actively participate in various working groups and task forces both at local and international level. - Actively participate in various ECB internal Audits
