Develop, implement & manage the HSE management system for the company in Kuwait & Jordan.

• Govern overall strategic direction in establishing a safety culture for 3 of KWTs SLB business Product-lines.• Draft safety policies, HSE Plans and procedures to ensure compliance with all local and international standards, as well as develop and implement safety programs to reinforce safety efforts and contribute to a system‐wide reduction of accidents and injuries.• Engage Positively with SLB Kuwait Clients and government agencies to ensure full compliance.• Assist Line Management in driving Safety culture step up to achieve KPI's & HSE objectives.ADDITIONAL ROLES:-SLB Country Radiation Safety Officer.-SLB Kuwait Mechanical lifting Operations Supervisor.-SLB Kuwait Training Coordinator & Instructor.SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:• Revamped the Radiation Safety Program to ensure that safety processes were synchronized with current government standards.• Helped Slash HSE related expense across SLB KWT by automating manual processes. This enhanced efficiency on delivering objectives & higher KPI's.
