My responsibilities included offering the highest quality movement experiences in education, rehabilitation and wellness through the Gyrokinesis Method, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Aerial and Restorative yoga, and all Pilates apparatus and mat work. I offered private, semi private and group sessions to all levels and abilities. I also offered sound bath sessions with Tibetan singing bowls and various instruments, and connections to nature through breathing and painting sessions. In addition, I customized sessions for retreats and conferences.

I was delighted to offer a studio arts and art history courses to varied age groups, focusing on techniques, and personal reflection, and connection to historical and contemporary art.

I offered the highest quality Gyrotonic and Pilates sessions on all apparatus, to all levels,abilities and ages, including in-home and virtual sessions.

I attended to guest wellness through movement and meditation activities, such as Yoga, Gyrokinesis, meditative nature walks, and breathing and contemplation sessions.

I offered Gyrokinesis and yoga sessions to all ages levels and abilities.
