• Day-to-day support administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Splunk & Zabbix platform.• Getting new users into Splunk and assigning them with the respective roles.• Installation of Apps and Add-Ons and taking care of other Splunk related issues.• Responsible for onboarding/offboarding of devices in monitoring tools (Splunk/Zabbix) and ensure logs are being monitored.• Engage in weekly discussion and review meeting with SIEM team with regards to ongoing issues and requirements in Splunk.• Responsible for Splunk requirements with SIEM team & Zabbix monitoring tool integration with Service Now (SNOW) to support SSC ticketing and SLA definitions.• Perform design and implementation tasks like requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and testing for new log implementations.• Monitor the health of the system Splunk & Zabbix administration and debugging tasks.• Responsible to ensure all assets onboarded/offboarded in monitoring tools are aligned with CMDB.• Responsible to align and improve onboarding/offboarding processes with other functional teams.

• Being the point of contact for the Splunk related activities. • Installation, configuration and set up of Splunk & its relevant components on the multiple environments (AWS and Data centers).• Deploying Splunk Universal Forwarders across the Linux and Windows environments.• Building, maintaining, and supporting the new/existing Splunk Clustered Environments. • Actively participating in the Design phase and going through the phases of client reviews and changes.• Getting new users into Splunk and assigning them with the respective roles.• Installation of Apps and Add-Ons and taking care of other Splunk related issues.• Troubleshooting the Logs validation.• Analyzed and monitored the Incident management and Incident resolution problems.• Ensured that, the Splunk is running actively and accurately on the current infrastructure implementation.
