- Creating, implementing, and refining testing methods and processes.- Coordinating and executing manual and automated tests of desktop applications, mobile versions (IOS), RFID scanner software, and web application and comparing outcomes to expected outcomes.- Continuous contact with project managers to ensure that the test team is kept updated on priorities, deadlines, and release plans.- Managing and leading the daily activities of 6 test engineers to ensure the quality of the products on tight deadlines.- Measuring and monitoring the performance of the test team and giving feedback to upper management.- Identifying training needs and offering appropriate training to the testers.

- Examining software errors, making them repeatable, and reporting defects.- Performing cross-browser testing in Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, and Safari in Windows 7/10/11.- Participating in daily scrum meetings to track the sprint's progress and take appropriate action as needed.- Running SQL Server Profiler for Back-end testing.- Executing SQL queries on tables in order to view successful transactions and validate data.- Collaborating with developers on defect analysis and resolution.- Performing manual and automated tests of desktop applications, mobile versions (IOS), RFID scanner, and web application.- Training new testers in comprehending requirements, test scenarios, and procedures, to attain quality.
