I am currently employed with FM:Systems as a L2 Application Support Specialist, where I provide application and technical support for FMS:Workplace, an Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS) that enables organizations to manage, analyze and report on facilities and real estate operation and maintenance information. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and solving complex issues in a timely manner.Prior to my current position, I spent 11+ years experience coordinating DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) solutions with Fortune 500 companies, contracted to a global tech company: Vertiv. I was the customers first point of contact when using Vertiv's proprietary DCIM software, Trellis, that allowed users to manage hardware assets, plan for new equipment installation/changes, as well as provided power and thermal planning, as well as other features. I have experience working with the following: FMS:Workplace, ServiceNow, Jira, TeamSupport, Salesforce, Trellis, Aperture, SQL Server, Windows Server, Visual Studio, MS Office and more.
