Coesia Middle East DMCC office is the newly born region, comprising of all the Middle East countries.-> Responsible for Sales, Application engineering and partner development for the FlexLink business.-> Develop and nourish existing local partner’s technical skills and joint meeting to Key Accounts and local customers in the region to increase the business and visibility in the market.-> Identify and evaluate new partners in the region and give basic product and technical training.

-> Coordinate Coesia IPS Division (ADMV, FlexLink, HAPA, LAETUS and SACMO) resources to present as one point contact to Unilever Global & Local team, also leverage the value and expertise of Coesia.-> Support and develop Coesia business with Unilever engineering and R&D team, included Jacobs and L&T for Global Brown & Greenfield projects. -> Have frequent interactions, meeting with Unilever Global CAPEX team (Italy & Poland) and regional procurement members to set Global pricing & commercial terms contract.

-> Responsible for Key Customer business in India & SARRC Countries for Unilever, P&G, Cadbury ( Mondelez ), Nestle and ITC.-> Increase Key Customers brown and greenfield business share in SARRC counties-> Analyze and strategically “Set” pricing and Commercial Terms Contract for 5 Key Accounts in India.

-> Restructure FlexLink South India operations to increase the business and visibility in the market. -> Setup new independent office in Bengaluru by recruiting additional sales, application and project execution team.

FlexLink Systems India Pvt Ltd., is wholly owned subsidiary of the Swedish production logistic company ( Since 2012 its fully owned by COESIA Group )-> Part of FlexLink India operations from the beginning, so initially involved / handled every part of the business for some months.-> Understanding market demands and developing an appropriate marketing & pricing strategy for the company, also monitor competition business activities.-> Increase business and FlexLink visibility with Key Account projects.

-> Expanding business in the Middle East by evaluate and appoint new local partners and provide detailed FlexLink Conveyor application training (technical support to Turkey Partner)-> Build business relation with the multinational companies and regional companies by providing turnkey solution which includes Conveyor, Automation along with AZO feeding system, Bimba cylinders and Legris Transair systems.

Sinimmar ( currently Mechanical Air Systems LLC ) a known supplier of wide range high quality products and turnkey solution provider of conveyor systems and handling functions to filling and packaging lines and the general industry in the Middle East countries.-> Responsible for Sales, Application and project management for FlexLink Conveyors & Automation System business in Middle East region.-> Techno commercial negotiations, Installation & project commissioning locally in Dubai and supporting sub-distributors via Telephone, Email and Site visit if required.
