OPPerations is responsible for planning and executing the setup, maintenance, and teardown of THON Weekend at the Bryce Jordan Center, ensuring a safe environment for 16,500 student volunteers, 750 dancers, attending families and spectators.> Educated 21 committee members on THON weekend tasks at weekly meetings> Designed THON Weekend survival guides and organized family mail for committee members> Worked with my captain and co-lieutenant to facilitate bonding between committee members> Fundraised year-round through emails and social media
