Continuation of Operations Officer role at PDG Helicopters base in Cumbernauld, after relocation to Glasgow.

• Plan out all aspects of flight tasks and manage jobs from quote acceptance to completion.• Predominantly involved with VIP / corporate transfer, aerial photography / filming & survey flights.• Communicate via telephone, email and in person with clients from a wide range of industries to determine specific details and manage expectations of jobs.• Liaise with pilots, engineers, ground staff and customers to ensure delivery of excellent customer service in a professional environment.• React to and accommodate short-notice flights - media outlets responding to ‘breaking news’, power companies reacting to storm damage and the Fire Brigade requesting help in tackling wild fires.• 1 in 4 roster on 24 hour ‘on call’ basis - full accountability for flight changes and emergencies out-with office hours.
