I manage and lead the Technology Solutions team, which includes managing the business’s technology solutions, marketing automation tech stack, presenting opportunities to the Commercial Team for cross or upselling of our technology and platform services, overseeing email performance and strategising data acquisition, enrichment and management. I also create technology and automation strategies for more complex requests that don't involve regular tactics, such as AI integrations, business processes, e-learning, gamification, CRM and CMS integrations (and others).

I moved into a permanent part-time role leading the "HubSpot Team", under which sat both email and data acquisition and management.

I was brought onboard with Right on the Line initially with the responsibilities of ad-hoc support to the "HubSpot Team", providing strategic and technical support on HubSpot tools and email campaigns run from HubSpot.

Imagnary House is a publisher and developer of creative children's and young-adult intellectual property. Founded in April 2015, I conceptualised the idea for Imagnary House after noticing a hole left in Africa for authentic and high-quality children's and YA stories. Alison joined officially in 2018, bringing her experience in art direction to take our characters and stories to new heights, and forming another focal point of our business; authentic partnerships. What began as a fairly traditional publishing house has grown since in heart rather than corporate size, and prides itself on being a "small" fish in the big pond. Imagnary House was shortlisted for the Bologna Prize for Best Children's Publishers of the Year for both 2019 and 2020. As Imagnary House's publisher, I was also selected for the Frankfurt Book Fair Invitation Programme for 2020 - 2022.

I specialised in consulting in data management and marketing automation across CRMs and CMS platforms. I consulted to various individuals, companies and agencies, including Ogilvy, Gumtree, Right on the Line, Struto, Spitfire Inbound, Outlandish, Webs, Finch & Grey, Outlandish and Verb Consulting. I worked across most CRM and CMS platforms, like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Shopify, Klaviyo, WordPress and Campaign Monitor, and completed broad digital strategies within these, both automating marketing and business processes.
