Every career has a story, and mine is one of resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to serve. As a paramedic, I’ve been called to stand beside individuals on the hardest day of their lives. I’ve felt the urgency, the weight of responsibility, and the privilege of being trusted to bring calm to chaos. My work began in the high-stakes world of 911 emergency medicine and has since evolved into the dynamic and complex realm of private-sector and special event paramedicine. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my desire to make a difference. But the story doesn’t stop there. My career has come full circle, leading me back to where my passion for mentorship began. This is the work that fills my soul—the work that turns obstacles into stepping stones and sparks a ripple effect of change in the community.I believe in the power of connection. Whether I’m on the frontlines of paramedicine or mentoring the next generation, my goal is always the same: to help others see what’s possible and to guide them toward it. Problem-solving is my cornerstone, whether it’s treating a critical patient in an unpredictable moment or creating solutions to systemic challenges that impact entire communities. What makes my approach unique is a willingness to embrace innovation. I actively use tools like AI to streamline processes, create opportunities, and amplify my ability to solve problems. I’m constantly learning, growing, and evolving to sta ahead in a world that never stops changing. My journey is far from over.
