About Brian Davey

My leadership philosophy centers around the belief that work is done by people for people. Having a shared vision of where a team or organization is going frees team members to use their creativity and energy to grow while contributing to the success of the organization.Serving people through various leadership roles over the years provided a deep exposure to operations and support functions. Working with front line personnel, understanding their desire to see the organization succeed.Implementing this leadership style, I saw the team transition from skeptical to engaged. Working with the team, we developed a Vision and Mission statement which helped guide decisions and actions. Through ideas developed by the team, we saw dramatic improvements in department metrics.
