Working with front line personnel, understanding their desire to see the organization succeed.Implementing this leadership style, I saw the team transition from skeptical to engaged. Working with the team, we developed a Vision and Mission statement which helped guide decisions and actions. Through ideas developed by the team, we saw dramatic improvements in department metrics.
