I had started as an associate where i was responsible for making a section of 14-16 rooms. I had intially started working in the laundry where i learnt to operate various laundry equipments and handled guest laundry, for a period of 8 months.Gradually as a part of training I was given a chance to work as a control desk attendant, which gave me an exposure to minibar and laundry posting and major guest request handling and stocktaking.
