Responsibilities include full cycle of End to End Recruitment process, such as finding candidates through unique sourcing techniques, Employee Reference, Job Portals, Networking sites, Campus Hiring, Conducting walk-in drive, Involved in vendor management, Internet advertising, Interview schedule, Co-ordination during walk-ins, and follow up with the candidates till they join.Co-ordinate with hiring managers to implement recruiting strategies which are in line with business needs and market trends, and also responsible for sending the weekly status report with regards to hiring to the BU heads.Ensuring to close requisitions as per defined SLA.Involved in market analysis depending upon specific skill set based on requirement study.
