Continued collaboration efforts with Trinity College Dublin and was awarded Adjunct Assistant Professorship for long standing contributions to the university. Designed and built numerous technology demonstrators focused on achieving buy in from company Business Units. Designed, built and installed demonstrators at world class events such as MWC Barcelona and MWC Shanghai.

Promoted to MTS level researcher and successfully created an internship program with Trinity College Dublin's Mechanical Engineering department in order to create a supply chain of talented researchers into our research group. Mentored Ph.D candidates and ~20 intern students who all received First Class Honours awards for their work. Successfully managed tech transfer of Batteries Cooling Technology to Irish start-up company. Identified and hired numerous candidates into the thermal group growing from 3 to 18 members while expanding in-house lab capabilities.
