I am currently designated as Assistant Vice President - Commercial - South Zone in Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. I am operating from Hyderabad, India, heading south zone territory comprising of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. I am responsible for providing Order Booking, Customer support, Warehousing, Logistics, Infrastructure developments, Talent Developments, Trainings, Kaizen Management, General administration and enhancing Customer Satisfaction levels, Delivery Experience, Cost Optimization for Commercial and thus for all the various business divisions of Godrej, such as Appliances, Interio, Locking Solutions, MHE, AV Solutions, etc. Before taking up my current role of Regional Head - South Zone, I was operating from Kolkata, India, catering to the East Zone territory. Prior to this, I also headed commercial operations for Punjab, Chandigarh, and J&K as Branch Commercial Manager of Godrej. Overall, I have 29+ years of rich experience in the industry.
