• Train, manage, and lead a team of 10 AmeriCorps Members each Service Year to execute on 25-30 site and city-wide service events ranging from 10-800 volunteers. Retained 100% of all AmeriCorps members to date with a total of 25 individuals. • Expanded service development and programming from 6-8 events annually at start of role to 25-30 events annually currently. Primary focus on developing a diversity of projects and ensure community involvement becomes a primary element to service delivery. • Sole proprietor of programming for the Civic Engagement Program, ensuring consistent and intentional programming for service year. • Oversee and maintain, yearly, a portfolio of 50 first-year AmeriCorps Members through a “Service Reserves” initiative. Ensuring quarterly involvement with service projects for each participant. Developed and expanded the program from 8 first-year AmeriCorps Members to a total of 55 over the course of two years.• Relationship management for a portfolio of 20-25 stakeholders, including both corporate and community-based organizations, to ensure creation and follow through of partnership involvement with site and community service initiatives and events.• Upkeep event budgets according to yearly goals provided by Managing Director of Partnerships and Civic Engagement.
