I learned and practiced methods and strategies for drafting patents and responding to office actions. I also performed various other tasks comprising client communication and patentability analysis/opinion using outsourced search results.

I managed approximately 14 employees including assistant managers and held accountability for the entire branch. Some of my responsibilities included: hiring, firing, scheduling, training, business expansion, inventory, predicting demand and placing supply orders, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, customer service, branch maintenance, and management of KPIs. I resigned in order to pursue a faster graduation time from the University of South Florida.
