started as project technical manager, analyzed the technical aspect of powder coating, wood sublimation, anodizing, plant layout and utilities ( water treatment, compressed air, LPG). looked for suppliers and chosen the best fit to the project and designed the anodizing line. Cooppareted with the press supplier in installation of the press. Supervisod the installation of the polishing line, powder coating line, wood sublimation line lpg line nitriding line snd anodizing plant. Commissioned the wood sublimation line and anodizing plant. Modified the nitriding oven gas flows original design to get the required dies surface hardness. also modified the powfer coating oven hot air flow to get the right temperature distribution Production started in 2012

introduced automatic dosing, organized anodizing plant, solved some powder coating line and wood sublimation line problems. introduced written work instructions to some parts of the plant etc...

modified the first anodizing plant, introduced automatic dosing, organized working procedure of anodizing plant, solved some powder coating line . Designed the second anodizing plant, contacted the supplies of the parts of the plant and supervised the installation, start up and production.

Helped install the 1st anodizing line in syria and supervised the installation of the water treatment line ( di abnd waste water )
