My mother has always taught me to be strong minded and lead by example in every situation. Carrying this into my life has not only brought me opportunities, but also created a versatile individual. I have worked within the customer service industry for many years and have been able to exacerbate team efficiency and communication. Learning how to function as a team has also enabled myself to become a leader in the workplace and I hope to continue furthering my education through experience.
