My job profile is into placing IT candidates into branded IT companies in India.Detailed Job Description :Handling the complete recruitment life cycle from Sourcing to Joining.Creating a pool of potentially suitable candidates from all the possible sources.Actively engaged in requirement gathering and coordinating with the recruiting department in order to serve those client requirements.Talent search by sourcing candidates through job portals, employee referrals, candidate referrals, agencies, internal database, cold calling and personal networkScreening of resumes and mapping with requirement specs defined in the job requisitions.Conducting preliminary interviews and cordinating with HR Managers.Scheduling interviews and coordinating with panels.Maintaing tracker for sourcing profiles,status of the candidates.Post interview follow-up.Reference Check done for the selected Candidates.Interaction with clients on a regular basis to keep a track of current requirements.Maintaining and developing strong relationship with the clients and HR Managers.Direct Client Meeting.Has good rapport with the candidates who is selected and deliveredProviding training and induction to new joinees.Reporting to Recruitment Head on a daily basis and updating the daily schedules and status.
