I am working as Executive Director in T&D division of Gammon India Ltd and responsible for Domestic Operations in transmission and distribution sector Before may taking up of brief assignment post retirement with Gammons I worked as President & CEO of Distribution Division of Kalpataru where I spent over 27 years of my career. I joined Kalpataru in 1987 as senior manager for carrying out engineering services. Over the years, I acquired skills and lead engineering, marketing and commercial divisions of the organization. I have grew with the organization and acquired competencies in operation planning, project monitoring, system development etc. I started the distribution division of the organization in 2005-06 from scratch and have grown it to bring a turnover of over 1800 crores.Prior to joining Kalpataru, I worked as Design Engineer with Transpower Corporation and KEC International for over 9 years. During this period, to better understand structural engineering, I also worked with a reputed Bombay based consultant for carrying out Designs of Bridges and Many Special structures.Prior to KEC International and after M.Tech, I worked with Engineering consultants India and Cement research Institute to design variety of structures in and around Delhi.
