• Proper Trouble Ticket assignment for every Fault, Correct Ticket Creation and timely Escalations, Follow-Ups, Update till Trouble Ticket Closure.• Handling Critical Outages with minimum customer impact & Analysis of P1 (Emergency) and P2 (Critical) and special incident cases.• Support Configuration Management Team (CM) for new rollout & upgrades.• Maintenance of Optical fiber Communication, Talk to FSE, NLD, DLC , CISCO ,TRASPORT & OTHER EQUIPMENT for It.• Fault finding and troubleshooting of Optical fiber Communication. Make reports and interact with design team accordingly to carry out modification for reoccurring faults Fiber testing using OTDR & Optical Power meter (Corning,Acterna,VTECH),source meter. Visual Fault Locator, Splicing machine. • Responsible for all the O&M activities of OFC networks, utilities and its associated elements MCN, BTS under the maintenance point scope. Responsible to carry out OFC fault analysis, issuing recommendations, upgrading the systems following technology improvement, providing technical support & preparation of MIS etc. • Rectification of Fiber fault of NLD, BTS Ring & Local Transport route within the defined SLA for splicing 48/24/12 Fiber.• Providing all kind of Back End Support to Field Engineers including media testing, internal & external alarms, hardware faults etc.

• Configuration of CISCO2960 series Switches and Wifi of CISCO AIR-AP1702I, AP1141N, AP1042N, and SONICWALL.• Monitoring and Fault Management of PRTG/MRTG monitoring tool.• Connectivity checkup of P2P, PRI, Lease Link.• To provide network support to individual workstation.• To design Network infra structure.• SIP installation and configuration.• Implementation of network scenario as shared by client.• Implementation of rules on Firewall.• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting basic networking hardware routers (1800, 2500, 2600, 2801) and switches (2950, 2960,3750) and Cisco Access Point (1142N). • Routing Protocols: Configuring and troubleshooting Static, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, Default Route, Summarization, and Authentication. • Switching Protocols: Configuring and troubleshooting VLAN, VLAN Trunk, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP and Ether Channel, Switch Port Security.• Knowledge of redundancy and load balancing protocol HSRP, VRRP, GLBP and network configuration

Handling of the faults on the basis of trouble ticket.• Prepare regular outage report and send it to management team.• 2G,3G/UMTS,LTE Network Fault Management, Alarm Management and Technical Support.• Fault management of BSS Network, troubleshooting and fault finding of all BSC/RNC (2G & 3G/UMTS) BTS elements of network.• Remote handling faults & assists to field team for fixing.• Creation of sites & sectors through MML commands.
