I have experience in different environments, based on my travel to Cyprus and of course I have enriched my writing/spoken skills in a foreign language. After a brief brake I have started working for Plus500 first as Verification/Document agent, then moved to Customer support with English and a year after that I was promoted as Customer Operations Support/ Level 2.In the meantime, I did start Dutch courses and I am still developing my task to gain more experience in a 2nd foreign language. Currently I am responsible for product problems, service questions and general clients concerns from English/Dutch or Bulgarian speakers. I am also responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with Plus500 clients and building their satisfaction.
