I am an enthusiastic individual with a friendly disposition and work well both as part of a team and on my own. I have a willingness to learn and like to embrace new challenges whether that be dealing with customer queries to troubleshooting.I am currently open to the right opportunity preferably part time to begin with.I have completed studying with the Open University for a Science Technology and Mathematics Access degree and received a distinction, I will be starting a Higher Education Certificate in Business & Accounting in October.I have 12 years experience at Bytes Software Services which entailed account management (from orders right up to cost models and advising clients on the solutions available), being an integral part of the development team - testing new business applications, creating guides and assisting from a users perspective rather than a developers.
