Started his career in officer grade, Beco had diversed experience in policing and leading a divisional scale of 150+ officers. He is also a trainer in anti-riot and public order policing tactics.Furthermore, Beco committed to a volunteered duty in bomb disposal, trained in IEDD and experiences in conventional munition disposal. Since 2021, he took up a new role as a directing staff in IEDD trade but remains active in bomb disposal duty.

Working as an engineer as the sole contractor of LV excavation works for China Light & Power Ltd. (CLP), Beco has polished his experience on project management, budget calculation, site & government coordination as well as client liaison.Beco has also attended the safety course offered by CLP that provided an extensive knowledge on the operation of a power company, some practical knowledge exceeded that from the university.
