Principle function is to plan, conduct, and lead spirit filled worship services utilizing all resources available within the music and media ministries. Responsible for ensuring appropriate music is provided for worship services, as well as other church programs and events held at the church. Provide music leadership, including music education for all choirs. Responsible for an atmosphere of excellence in the area of Music, by developing, coordinating and administering an effective, well-rounded music ministry, and providing leadership and supervision to staff members and volunteers involved in this ministry. Guided by the mission of the church and the directives of the Pastor, to develop and maintain a comprehensive music ministry, including choirs and vocal and instrumental ensembles.
