Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) software engineering lead overseeing all AMPS software development, ensuring that all (S3I EPIC) software engineering principles are followed and all AMPS software releases are delivered on schedule. Attends all software milestone review meetings as an AMPS program office representative. Provides Airworthiness certification expertise using the DO-178C and DO-278A software development processes including the DO-200A/B data chain process. Also, provides oversight of all mobile application development efforts using the Xamarin mobile application platform that supports Windows, iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Senior Software Engineer providing Aviation Data Exploitation Capability (ADEC) technical leadership (CAP), software requirements analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) technical resource planning. Overseeing the Agile Unified development Process (AUP) consisting of monthly sprints, project inception reviews, elaboration, construction, transition, continuous integration and defect resolution. Using Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio 2015/17 with C#, Sync Framework, Entity Framework, and SQL server stored procedures. The development effort provided data synchronization between ADEC servers, CAFRS servers and remote fielded systems. Also developed supporting documentation for ADEC version 1.2 software material release.System Software Test Lead for the Medusa SoS program. Tested the counter sUAS targets utilizing both kinetic and non-kinetic defeat mechanisms. Supported all Operational User Environmental testing scenarios. Also evaluated the HMI (Human Machine Interface) and the integration between the SoS components.

Senior Software Engineer providing Airworthiness Release (AWR) support for the Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED). Provided AWR support for the UH-60V Blackhawk and AH-64 Apache weapon systems. AWR support included the witnessing of flight line Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), auditing contractors for DO-178C compliance, requirements analysis using EARS and DOORS, the validation of SCADE model based verification and test procedures, the participation in the relevant Integrated Product Teams (IPT), software and system safety assessment, and the review of developed SCADE models and source code.

Senior Software Engineer for the software quality assurance team for the UH-60V Black Hawk Integrated Mission Equipment Package (digital cockpit) development effort utilizing the DO-178C aviation software development standard. Duties include software requirements analysis, software quality assurance, software configuration management, software verification and software risk management.

Enterprise Architect for the MQ-9 (Reaper) and MQ-1 (Predator) UAV/UAS Technical Order distribution system. Duties include daily Predator UAV, Reaper UAV TOMA and SPO personnel, overall system design decisions and implementation, system level technical support, and war-fighter interface. IT/IA consulting to the MQ-1/MQ-9 System Program Office (SPO). Integrated operation level maintenance Linux software into the UAV GCS (Ground control Station). Lead development efforts for the AFTO 22 and AFTO 103 web enabled AFTO forms workflow database. Lead the web enabling of the MQ-9 IETM by integrating the IETM with Citrix XenApp system both for Military and Commercial use. Also facilitated system Information Assurance/Security documentation conversion from DIACAP to RMF (Risk Management Framework) for ACC, AFMC, CENTAF, PACAF, AETC and Air National Guard.

Enterprise Architect for the UAV/UAS Technical Order (TO) distribution system. Duties included daily interface with the Global Hawk (RQ-4) TOMA, U-2 TOMA, and SPO personnel, overall system design decisions and implementation, system level technical support, and war-fighter interface. Integrated the TO distribution system into the Global Hawk ground station through the SIPRNET.

Technical Task Manager for the entire Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) project for Kottmann Inc. Duties include DOD and Military customer interface as well as interfacing with the prime contractor and other subcontractors, monthly and weekly status reporting and complete resource management for the subcontractor portion of the project. Also took on lead technical implementer duties for a hardware and software deployment to the Air Force for the Global Hawk weapon system. Technical data was integrated from all the Global Hawk development sites locatedLead technical implementer for a hardware and software deployment to the 101st Apache Battalion located at Fort Campbell Kentucky. The deployment included a Compaq Multi-CPU Sever, 48 Panasonic CF-48 toughbook laptops and 10 PocketPCs. This hardware was used to extract electronic logbook technical data from the 101st to Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville Alabama. The aircraft technical data was integrated into an Oracle 8i database with a JSP web interface.Part of an Oracle 9i development team that was tasked to design a database that tracks every LRU (Lowest Replaceable Unit) on the Patriot Missile System. Also, Part of Internet/Extranet web development team for the US Army's Blackhawk helicopter (H-60 series) logistics web site. The secure website includes streaming video (Real Video), online user registration (SQL Server 7), Internet GIS Mapping systems (ArcView IMS). Converted a legacy database using Access to a completely web based database using Oracle 8i Enterprise server and Oracle's WebDB product. Integrated Catia and CatWeb into the H-60 web site so logisticians and engineers can view the 3D Catia models from the website without having to run or install Catia on their local machine.

Project Manager for the GIS and relational database system development team. Lead the development team that was responsible for converting the Multimap GIS Sun Solaris based system to a Windows NT based system as well as "web-enabling" parts of the GIS system for use on the DOD secure extranet. The conversion was done from GNU C/C++ on the Sun Solaris platform to MS Visual C++ using the MFC libraries.Promoted to database administrator (DBA) after getting a Sybase DBA certification. The database contained over 11 million records spread across ten jukebox platters. This database was the first functional optical jukebox database using Sybase. Developed an application specific Geographic Information System using OSI's Multimap Developers System. The GIS contains approximately 2000 maps in approximately 30 Gigabytes of optical storage.Promoted to technical task leader responsible for definition of software engineering practices and methodologies to be employed in the development of a Graphical User Interface in the X-Window environment.
