In charge of infant/toddler program daily routines. Implementation of curriculum supporting 0-2.5 yr educational goals as well as conducting daily observations of teacher's interactions with infants/toddlers' well-being. Playing a supportive role in recruitment of children and handling of financial transactions from parents and corporate sponsors. Being a partner with the Center Director in the on-going recruitment and training as well as hiring new staff.

Understands the Early Learn contract and can interpret policy and managed all program compliance needs related to record -keeping. Observed and evaluated the program, handle parent concerns and complaints, monitored communication between teachers and parents. Confer with Parent Advisory Committee ( PAC). Assisted in on-going outreach and community recruitment. Coordinated and implemented health related (mental health, disability, nutrition) services and coordinates trainings with Family Service personnel. Responsible for holding regular scheduled meetings with staff: kept staff informed of changes within the organization and provided trainings with other informed program directors to assist in the development of the staff skills.
